I would LOVE to do this. I might not be able to guarantee that I would be able to read everything, but I would certainly try. And I would definitely comment on things (I think most of you know how I get about literature ...).

Just a thought, though: a blog may not be the best place to do this. It might be much easier to use a message board or even a livejournal. That way, we could keep discussions about particular books all together in one thread, and that would make it easier to read. I will check in to some possible user-friendly, free message boards. And I already know about livejournal, if you think we might want to do that.
Reply - <a href="#" class="quote" onclick="quote('32','gryffinkat','I would LOVE to do this.
This is exactly what I was talking about! I think this would much easier to manage than a blog. What does everyone else think?
Reply - <a href="#" class="quote" onclick="quote('34','gryffinkat','This is exactly what I was talking about!
I know jack squat about blogs, white boards, etc etc that you listed. I DO know, however, how to read a book and share my opinions on it. As a result, I think it's a great idea. I think once a month is more feasible than every two weeks; I would have to lie about reading the book if we did that. We should rotate who picks them so we are exposed to everyone's different genre and author preferences.
Reply - <a href="#" class="quote" onclick="quote('35','Victoria','I know jack squat about blogs, white boards, etc etc that you listed.
Ok. Here's what we'll do: Christina and I will have a "ground-rules" discussion, and formulate an opinion of what we would like the ground rules to be. We will then submit it to any interested parties (NOTE: this means you will need to tell us you are an "interested party"), and we'll work it out together. Then, when we're all done, we'll call the resulting decision the "ground rules" and anybody who wants to join will have to accept the "ground rules" before they will be able to register for an account. How does that sound? Anybody consider themselves an "interested party"? Comment here, and I'll get an email with your message.
Reply - <a href="#" class="quote" onclick="quote('36','Paul','Ok.
I loved what Victoria said: "I know jack squat about blogs, white boards, etc etc that you listed. I DO know, however, how to read a book and share my opinions on it."
That pretty much describes me too. Would I have to have a blog or could I just post as Anonymous? I mean I could be Anonymous # 3 or something like that!!
Reply - <a href="#" class="quote" onclick="quote('37','Anonymous','I loved what Victoria said: \"I know jack squat about blogs, white boards, etc etc that you listed.
