This week I was offered my first full-time job: as an associate technical writer for a software development company in their Salt Lake City office. I graduate from Brigham Young University on Friday of this week, and in about two weeks I’ll be starting at my new job.
This is going to be a good change. I’ve worked part-time as a technical writer for about four years, and now that I am graduating, I’m exicited to work full-time in the industry.
NOTE: This blog was edited on 10/21/04; I removed the name of the company I work for because I have learned that it is against company policy for employees to include the company’s name on personal websites including blogs.

Wow, it’s been a long time since I’ve looked at your blog. I’m excited for you to start your new job. And to be moving. That’s always exciting in its own rite.
